21 Drums is back! Mike Johnston, Mark Guiliana and Ash Soan return to the wonderful Grouse Lodge Studios in Westmeath for another special week of drum education. Day 1 was a surprisingly tough affair for the campers, but one that they will never forget.

Some standout classes from Ash Soan and Grouse Lodge resident engineer, Alex saw the campers given a full rundown and explanation of every microphone and mic placement on each drum kit. Then moving to the control room, got to hear the differences between each drum kit. Fascinating insight form two experts in the game.
