  • Yes! With many camps, you attend classes and return to your accomodation in the evening. With 21 Drums, a key aspect is that each day you will have meals with the tutors, learn with the tutors and spend time in the evening with the tutors and your 21 Drums colleagues. Commonly we hear that these evenings, with one-on-one informal chats with the tutors, are the highlights of the week. The limited number of places on the camp ensures everyone will have an opportunity to speak to each tutor on a regular basis throughout the camp.

  • Total immersion in drums. 21 Drums allows you to dedicate a week to your passion at our unique drum camp. We are excited to launch Year 6 of our sell-out international drum camp. This will be our first year running the camp outside of Ireland and we couldn't wish for a better venue than Camporsevoli in Tuscany for our first move abroad. You can expect to be totally immersed in Drums from October 6th to 12th with the beautiful scenery and the local food of Tuscany, Italy as your backdrop, with Mike, Ash, Mark as your tutors and friends.

  • Accommodation is shared. For the 2023 camp, where available, we aim to offer single occupancy at a small supplement.

  • Part of our philosophy of our Total Immersion in Drums is that we are cut off from all distractions. We are taking over an entire picturesque village in Tuscany, so we'd request that students stay within this camp at all times. There will be a bar onsite and evening activities will be included.

  • We welcome drummers of all levels. Our curriculum, developed by drum educator Mike Johnston, will inspire you to improve, grow and develop your drumming skills, whatever your level of proficiency. Over the past 5 year, 21 Drums has represented something different to each participant and across all levels of ability.
